Domaine Rollin Pere et Fils : Aloxe-Corton Village 2019

In Pernand-Vergelesses, in the heart of the family-owned estate, Domaine Rollin Père et Fils has been making wine for four generations. Thanks to the richness of the surrounding terroirs, the family produce wines from 14 different appellations. The Aloxe-Corton Village 2019 exudes a deep and intense nose. The attack is generous, fine and fruity. This wine possesses an almost gourmet expression yet the ripe tannins and pleasant structure on the finish highlight the fact that this wine would benefit from a few years of aging. Three to five years in bottle would be beneficial.
