Description
From Domaine Huet's Haut-Lieu parcel in Vouvray, acquired in 1928, comes this luscious sweet Chenin Blanc made from overripe and botrytized grapes, carefully harvested in several passes. This is a wine to age in your cellar, with the potential to evolve beautifully over 20-25 years. Today, it reveals concentrated fruit and floral aromas, fig jam, mustard and chalk. The palate shows a vivacious acidity balanced with a full body and roasted pinapple flavors on the finish.
