The property
Founded in 1885 by the Boillot family, the Domaine Henri Boillot produces Burgundy wines which, by their finesse and aromatic richness, are recognized by the greatest critics.
The vineyard
Nestled in the heart of the southern part of the Côte de Beaune, this renowned estate spans over 19 hectares. Since 1885, the property has enhanced a remarkable palette of prestigious crus such as the Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru "Clos de La Mouchère" or the Volnay 1er cru "Les Chevrets". These exceptional wines, both racy, powerful and harmonious, rank among the greatest wines of Burgundy.
Vinification and aging
The wine is aged 20% in new 350L barrels for 10 months.
