Description
A tart Saint-Emilion red wine
The Chateau Laroze, a Grand Cru Classe from 1955, is a 27-hectare vineyard in the Saint-Emilion appellation. Its blend is 65% Merlot, 27.5% Cabernet Franc and 7.5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Chateau Laroze 2015 has a beautiful red color. On the nose, the wine is only slightly aromatic because of its youth. On the palate, the wine is quite fresh with tart cherry flavors. On the finish, there are some oaky tannins.
