Description
The Frerejean Freres cuvee rosé Premier Cru non-vintage is made of 60% Chardonnay from Grand Cru plots, 40% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru plots and 14% Pinot Noir vinified into red wines - from the villages of Ambonnay, Ay, Chouilly, Grauves.
This Champagne is a tete de cuvée and was made through malolactic fermentation with 30% of reserve wines aged in barrels from the harvests of 2015 & 2016. It has resting at least for 6 months in cellar after disgorgement. This Chammpagne is a low dosage Brut.
