Clementines, grapefruit, white pear, chamomile and elderflower on the nose. Gorgeous zesty appeal - bright and focused, upfront with a tangy freshly picked green apple core. Succulent and almost sweet with a dollop of lemon sherbet and pineapple but with such clear and crystalline acidity. Intense and concentrated, extremely rich but lifted by the acidity. Definitely has an opulence to this - it’s wide, impactful and long lasting on the finish with peach and apricot notes. No aggressive acidity, more fresh and soft fruit but with real mass. Gorgeous, juicy and just makes you smile. What a wonderful wine. A yield of 16hl/ha. 3.14pH. Harvest 18-22 August.

White peach, flowers, pineapples, orange rind, roasted nuts, and crisp green apples permeate the aromatic profile. The palate is juicy, crisp, and loaded with a blend of tropical fruits, and sweet, juicy citrus, finishing with the perfect balance between opulence, hedonism, and freshness. The wine is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc.14% ABV. Harvesting took place from August 18 - August 22. Yields were only 16 hectoliters per hectare. Drink from 2027-2040. 96-96 Pts

This is long and rich, beautifully drawn out, with hints of bitter almonds, preserved lemon, elderflower, steel, gunsmoke. Clear concentration, with the same intensity of flavour as you get in the red wines of Margaux this vintage, structured with plentiful phenolics despite lower less stirring than usual. Smallest number of bottles ever produced because low 16hl/ha yield and 45% of the crop, so just 7,000 bottles. Hold +3 years ideally, and carafe. Harvest August 18-22, picked in between two heat spikes.

From the outset, the bouquet highlights its freshness without focusing on the varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc. Instead, floral nuances take the lead, then share the stage with aromas of mirabelle plums and nectarines, along with a hint of flinty stone. Slightly saline on the attack, the wine has body as well as tension. Its calm, poised nature is invigorated by an incisive touch that brings everything back into focus to ensure harmony, with sparks nonetheless in the background. An exceptional Pavillon Blanc, reminding us (if it were still necessary) that great white wines can be made on gravel soils (and a little clay)!

Exotic fruits, vineyard peach, grapefruit, lychee, with nutty notes on the nose as well; creamy and rounded on the attack, with a taut acidity that gives this powerhouse plenty of drive and freshness—vertical, full of tension, saline, with excellent length. A rich yet elegant Pavillon Blanc that should age very well.
