Hailing from a precious 22 acre plot on the highest part of a plateau, this biodynamic dry Vouvray from Domaine Huet comes from pure brown clay soils which produce wines with an exotic fruit character and roundness on the palate. The bouquet of this 100% Chenin Blanc wine is powerful and intense, revealing aromas of fresh lemon, Granny Smith apples and pear, accented by a mouthwatering minerality and touches of black pepper on the finish. The ideal pairing with fresh clams or oysters.
