Description
This purple-tinted dark red coloured 2014 Chateau Margaux offers a shaded, delicate, subtle nose on red rose petals fragrances, enhanced by smashed blackberry and fresh blackcurrant. The whole blends into a hint of balsamic similar to cedarwood. Although subtle at this stage, the bouquet will become deeper with time. This Margaux Premier Cru Classé in 1855 bouquet is dynamic, and offers a frank acidity evolving on a juicy mid-palate with lingering, elegant, velvety, even creamy tannins. This Margaux shows a great character and its ageing potential will satisfy the most patients.
