A supple and fruity red wine from Pauillac
A 5th classified growth from Pauillac, Chateau Lynch-Moussas is a red wine produced on a total area of 55 hectares. The terroir is rich and composed mainly of silica and gravel, while the grape varieties are 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot.
At tasting one can observe in the Chateau Lynch-Moussas 2005 great suppleness and a richness in fruits. The palate is interesting, with ripe tannins and flavors of blackcurrant, spices and earth. Medium-bodied, this wine can be consumed up until 2020 or even after.
