Description
The 2014 Deuxieme Cru Classé Chateau Lacombes is delicately woody - but it remains aromatically rich - and expresses a large sensory palette dominated by black fruits, followed by balsamic notes. The swirl reinforces the fragrances concentrated character. The palate impresses by its composition around perfectly extracted tannins, although they remain strong due to their tight aspect. Those tannins become round on finish. This Margaux has substance and it can resist through time thanks to its structure. This 2014 Chateau Lascombes is a solid wine.
