Château de Fieuzal 2023 white

White peaches, flowers, green apples, and spice form the core of the perfume. On the palate, the wine is elegant, sweet, juicy, mineral-driven, with a touch of chalk that shows up in the refreshing finish. This will be great in your glass on release. The wine is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon. Drink from 2025-2030.

Light green-yellow, silver reflections. Fine wood spice, ripe yellow tropical fruit, hints of guava and pineapple, fresh gooseberries, lime zest in the background. Juicy, elegant, full-bodied texture, fine fruitiness, pleasant acidity, shows good length and minerality, certain ageing potential.

Kicks off with a slate grip that holds through the palate, quickly filled out by stone fruits, sage and fresh-cut herbs. High spice translates into a touch of heat on the finish.

The aromatic palette is broad: linden blossom, lemon and a smoky touch. The wine proves appetizing with a lasting saline attack. The impression of richness and the finely textured body contribute to the persistence and charm. Grapefruit peel and a hint of white pepper bring the finish.
