The elegance of a fruit-forward and structured white Grand Vin from Pessac-Leognan

Product of a very nice vintage for the Bordeaux region and especially for the white wines of Graves, the Chateau de Fieuzal white 2018 displays all the elegance of a great Pessac-Leognan.

The Chateau de Fieuzal Blanc 2018 is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (55%) and Semillon (45%).

At the tasting, the Chateau de Fieuzal white 2018 presents a beautiful pale yellow color, with bright green reflections. On the nose, this vintage seduces with its intense and fruity aromatic expression. The freshness of citrus aromas, especially lemon and grapefruit, follows delicate floral fragrances, toasted hazelnut and beautifully smoky mineral notes. Powerful and complex, the palate offers dense, generous fruit and a silky touch. The palate is structured and stretches into a persistent finish with saline touches. 2018 marks the birth of a great Chateau de Fieuzal white, whose elegance and finesse will continue to evolve.

Wine Advocate-Parker :
The de Fieuzal 2018 Blanc bursts from the glass with gregarious green mango, guava and fresh limes scents followed by green apples and pineapple plus a waft of honeysuckle. Medium-bodied, the palate is packed with topical and citrus layers, with a satiny texture and bold freshness, finishing savory.
