The vineyard

The vintage

It is the summer-like conditions of September that make the character of the vintage: botrytis outbreaks are dried up and a maturity well above average emerges. The harvest begins on September 11 and continues for about three weeks.

Vinification and aging

Through its Dom Pérignon Rosé cuvée, the house captures the red essence of the Pinot Noir in its typical brilliance and grasps the complexity of this grape variety in a bold and assumed blend.
