O. Fournier

Bodegas y Viñedos O. Fournier owns estates in Finca Santa Sofía, Finca San Manuel and Finca San José with vines ranging up to thirty years in age. To assure high quality, all of the grapes are hand harvested using the company's own workers. O. Fournier also limits the use of fertilizers, treatments, and irrigation throughout their vineyards. The use of two sorting tables, and gravity instead of pumps in the winery also adds to the overall quality of the wine. Bodegas y Viñedos O. Fournier has a large underground cellar where the wines are aged in mainly French oak barrels.
