Rose et Or 2016 from Chateau Minuty: A sophisticated Côtes de Provence
Rose et Or from Chateau Minuty is a rose wine produced in the Côtes de Provence appellation. Raised using reasoned agriculture, the vines are planted on soil composed of micaschistes. The wine is aged in steel tanks at 15°C before being filtered in November. Rose et Or 2016 is a blend of Grenache and Tibouren.
Rose et Or 2016 from Chateau Minuty has a beautiful pale pink color with beautiful reflections. The nose is very intense and develops aromas of citrus and white flowers. In the mouth, the wine is complex, delicious and fresh. The Rose et Or 2016 has flavors of pink grapefruit and white peaches.
