Wine Advocate-Parker :
The star of the show in 2014 is the opaque, ruby/purple-colored 2014 Ermitage Le Méal, which comes from one of the warmest terroirs on Hermitage Hill. Completely destemmed and aged in 20% new barrels, it offers full-bodied richness, terrific concentration, fine tannin and straight-up fabulous notes of roasted meats, black raspberries, licorice and toasted bread. I'd happily drink bottles today, but it will cruise for another 10-15 years.
