Description
The 2011 Chevalier de Lascombes has an intense ruby-red color with a nose of fresh red fruits. Oak, vanilla, and a touch of violets add aromatic complexity. The initial attack is lively. The intensity and concentration are hallmarks of the label. The palate is very smooth and seductive. Dominated by red fruits and complemented by slight oak. Supple tannins and a chocolately finish end the wine.
