Chateau Marquis d'Alesme cultivates a 15-hectare vineyard plot by plot. The vineyard, like a garden, is managed with the utmost care through the craftsmanship of the Chateau Marquis d'Alesme team. The vines are planted in clay-limestone, gravelly siliceous and clayey soils.
The weather conditions of 2019 were quite mixed and produced a great vintage. The beginning of the growing cycle was quite serene, followed by favorable summer conditions and light rain in September, which perfected the ripeness of the fruit.
50% new French oak barrels.
Cabernet sauvignon (57%), merlot (37%), petit verdot (6%).
