Chateau La Lagune 2003

 1 Imperial (6L)

Château La Lagune 2003 is consistent with its vintage considering its beautiful colour, its intense aromatic expression of ripped fruit, its blended and silky tannins and its full-bodied and voluptuous taste. This Haut-Medoc keeps a hint of zip and freshness thanks to its early harvest. It will perfectly match with a good prime rib of beef.

Wine Advocate-Parker :
A soft, easygoing wine, the 2003 La Lagune displays lots of balsam wood, black cherry and earthy notes. Dark ruby-colored with a pink rim, it is a lively, fresh Haut-Medoc with some acidity in the background. The tannins are totally resolved and the wine is medium-bodied. Drink it over the next 5-8 years.
