A vivid and delicate white wine from Sauternes
Produced in the Sauternes appellation over an area of 84 hectares, the Chateau de Rayne Vigneau is a First Classified Growth of 1855 white wine with a blend of 80% Semillion and 20% Sauvignon Blanc.
The Chateau de Rayne Vigneau 2002 presents a beautiful straw yellow color. The nose exudes beautiful floral aromas with great purity, freshness and lightness that balances with jellied quince notes. On the palate, it is delicate and well-balanced. A wine of rare elegance.
