A delicious white wine from Mercurey Village
The Mercurey Village White of Château de Chamirey is a cuvée from 6 different parcels on the Mercurey Village appellation. The Chardonnay vines are planted on clay-limestone soil, predominantly limestone. 70% of the aging is carried out in oak barrels (10% of which are new), while 30% of the aging takes place in stainless steel vats.
The Mercurey Village White 2015 of Château de Chamirey, with its pale gold color, has balanced aromas of white flowers and white peach. The wine offers a magnificent attack on the palate, before revealing a great delicious quality. To be consumed before 2019-2021.
