Chateau Carbonnieux blanc 2016 posesses a large and intense aromatic palate, typical of great Sauvignon Blancs in years with a lot of sun, with characteristics from Pessac-Leognan. The subliminal concentration of the grapes give the wine rich and intense aromas. In the mouth, the texture is round and the acidity is refreshing. The volume gives an impression of complexity and fullness with a very persistent finish.
