Wine Advocate-Parker :
Probably the finest Carbonnieux I have tasted in over three decades, this deep ruby/purple-colored offering reveals complex aromas of black cherries, currants, tobacco, soy, and earth. Medium-bodied, with gorgeous purity, more glycerin and depth than usual, and subtle toasty oak in the background, this is a beautiful example of refinement and breeding. Anticipated maturity: 2006-2018.
