Alain Voge is a historical figure in the Cornas appellation. The producer is renowned for his vineyard lying on very steep granite slopes and exclusively maintained manually. Alain Voge decided to join his father in 1958 and fully commit to making wine. Alain Voge strongly believed in the potential of Cornas and Saint-Peray, and thus pioneered the renewal of both appellations. In 2004, Alain Voge asked Alberic Mazoyer, Chapoutier House former technical manager, to join his team and help with the transition to organic and biodynamic agriculture. Today, Alberic's expertise as manager transcends in the precision with which Alain Voge wines express the terroir.
