After studying oenology in Montpellier, Xavier Vignon embarked on a journey around the vineyards of France and Australia. Smitten by the Rhône Valley, he set up an oenology laboratory in 1996 in the Vaucluse. Since 2016, Xavier Vignon has devoted himself fully to the creation of his own wines.
