Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey : Saint-Aubin 1er cru "En Remilly" 2023

Continues to be my favourite of Pierre-Yves' wines from the village, with its ripe aromas of Mirabelle plum, apricots touched with honey and a hint of white blossoms. The texture is luxurious, almost decadent, with slightly lower acidity than is sometimes the case in this cellar. The grapes are from three parcels totalling 0.67ha that cover the slope – one on the top, and two at the base. According to him, this is 'the most Chassagne-like style of St-Aubin'.
