The Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz of Penfolds is a red wine produced in Australia on vineyards from various appellations (Barossa Valley, Wrattonbully, McLaren Vale, Coonawara). The wine is aged for 12 months in American hogsheads oak casks, 53% in new barrels, 27% in barrels of one previous wine and 20% in barrels of two previous wines.
