The Vineyard

Les Christins by Famille Perrin is a Vacqueyras wine from the southern Rhône Valley. The terroir is characterized by its clay and sand composition along with pebbles from the Ouvèze.

Winemaking and Aging

Hand-harvested, the grapes are sorted and destemmed. The extended malolactic fermentation involves manual punching down for extraction. The wine is aged in wooden vats and foudres for 1 year.
