Description
This Demi-Sec Vouvray by Domaine Huet comes from a terroir of limestone and flint and is aged for 6 months in demi-muids. Displaying a beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity, this Chenin Blanc exudes on the nose aromas of confit mandarin and lemon, exotic fruit compote and rhubarb. The palate displays an unctuous, generous texture with enough material to allow this wine to age and evolve over the next decade. A fantastic pairing with fish or grilled scallops.
