The vineyard
This Saint-Estèphe vineyard has an average vine age of 35 years, ensuring grapes of excellent concentration.

Winemaking and ageing
The production of this 2025 vintage begins with fermentation using indigenous yeasts, carefully selected from specific plots. The wine then undergoes meticulous ageing, including 55% new oak barrels.

Grape varieties
The blend of this Château Phélan Ségur 2025 is composed mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon (58%), complemented by Merlot (39%). A small touch of Petit Verdot (1.5%) and Cabernet Franc (1.5%) completes the ensemble.
