Chateau Laffitte Carcasset is a Cru Bourgeois from the Saint-Estephe appellation from a 30-hectare vineyards with vines averaging 30 years of age. The vines benefit from a soil made up of Garonne gravel and clay-limestone subsoil. The wine is aged in barrels for 12 months. The Chateau Laffitte Carcasset 2016 blend is 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 6% press wine.
