Located on the left bank of Bordeaux, Chateau Haut-Marbuzet is a Cru Bourgeois.
The vineyard
Chateau Haut-Marbuzet 2016 is a Saint-Estephe wine that stems from a 66-hectare vineyard. The vines are 30 years old on average and are planted on a gravelly hillside upon a clayey-limestone subsoil.

The tasting
Nose
The nose blends aromas of red fruits, kirsch and blackcurrant cream.
Palate
Balanced, delicate and powerful at the same time, the palate seduces with its crisp acidity as well as its deliciously fruity (blackberries), empyreumatic (tobacco) and peppery notes.
Cellaring
This Saint-Estephe wine can be cellared until 2031.
