The estate
An essential reference in Pomerol, Château Gazin has a very ancient origin. In 1917, Château Gazin was acquired by Louis Soualle, the great-grandfather of the current owners, the De Bailliencourt dit Courcol family.
The vineyard
Château Gazin is a Pomerol wine that stems from a vineyard of 26 hectares planted on a high terrace on a clay-gravel soil. Château Gazin is the largest of the crus of the famous appellation located on Bordeaux’s Right Bank.
Winemaking and ageing
Ageing for 15 months in barrels (of which 45% were new and 55% of one wine).

Tasting
Nose
