The property
Located in the heart of the Pauillac appellation, the Château Duhart-Milon fully embodies the spirit of this exceptional terroir. Ranked 4th Cru in the prestigious 1855 classification, this estate finds its origins in the 18th century, when the Lafite family undertook to cover Pauillac with vines, permanently shaping the viticultural landscape of the region.
The vineyard
Château Duhart-Milon comes from a 76-hectare vineyard, established in Pauillac to the west of Château Lafite-Rothschild. The vines flourish on fine gravel and aeolian sand soils, resting on a tertiary limestone subsoil, offering ideal conditions for the maturity of the grapes.
Blend
Château Duhart-Milon 2024 comes from a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (78%), complemented by Merlot (22%).
