The 2000 Sauternes Chateau de Myrat was produced from a family property, a vineyard of 22 hectares, planted on the beautiful stony terroir in Haut-Barsac. This vintage is 88% Sémillon, 8% Sauvignon and 4% Muscadelle.
This amber-tinted golden yellow coloured wine is bright and limpid. This 2000 from Chateau de Myrat reveals dried apricot and nut fragrances on the nose. On the palate, the wine offers a great volume, thick on the attack with an outstanding length and a bold finish on apricot notes. This harmonious and round vintage carries a fine structure.
