The tasting
Color
This wine is a beautiful deep garnet color.
Nose
The nose opens with refreshing fruity (red fruit), mentholated, spicy (curry) and floral (lime blossom) fragrances. The bouquet becomes more complex when aerated and reveals delicious aromas of blackcurrant and morello cherry, sustained by a subtle minerality.
Palate
A frank attack precedes a mouth that harmoniously combines suppleness and power with very fine, even chalky tannins. The seductive finish is persistent and rich.
