The estate
Located in the Haut-Medoc appellation, this former 18th century hunting lodge has become one of the most beautiful wine estates in Bordeaux. Chateau Belgrave belongs to the Compagnie des Vins de Bordeaux et de la Gironde.
The vineyard
The Chateau Belgrave vineyard covers 59 hectares. In the heart of the Medoc, these exceptional vines are planted on two deep gravel ridges with clay and sandy clay subsoils.
The tasting
Tasted as a wine future, the Chateau Belgrave 2019 is a wine revealing a deep and intense color. Its bouquet expresses aromas of black cherries that charm the nose. On the palate, the Chateau Belgrave 2019 is quite tasty and juicy. Woody flavors line the palate upon a powerful structure.
