This extra-dry sparkling wine produced in-between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, Villa Sandi's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is produced from vines planted on soils consisting of moraine, limestone, silt and a clay-limestone mixture. The grapes are pneumatically pressurized for gentle pressing. The must obtained is then added to temperature-controlled tanks for the second fermentation. Select yeasts are then added to the must, which is then placed in new containers, where the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15 to 16 ° C.
