Description
A collaborative project from young winemaker Arianna Occhipinti and other local wine-centric growers near Vittoria, Sicily. The goal being to make a good, simple and natural wine, this wine is a great value for its modest price point. 100% Nero d’Avola made from 10 year old vines. Once picked, the grapes undergo a short maceration period and spend six months in stainless steel vats. A delicate red with aromas of strawberry, violet and sage. This is a versatile red that pairs well with charcuterie, pasta, or even fish!
