"Harmony Collection Amber Meadow" is a Scotch whisky born from a collaboration between Macallan and sisters Stella and Mary McCartney, celebrating Scotland's rich and fertile landscapes. This unique spirit symbolizes the fusion of creativity and innovation, inspired by the McCartney sisters' idyllic childhood memories spent in the amber meadows of the Scottish countryside. "Amber Meadow" is the third limited edition in the Harmony series, bringing with it a delightful blend of memories, art and nature, and marking the McCartney sisters' first joint collaboration, in which they combined their talents to celebrate and commemorate local culture.

A meticulous creation process

"Amber Meadow" is crafted from a blend of single malt whiskies aged in casks that previously held Sherry as well as former bourbon casks. This diverse maturation method creates a complex expression that captures the essence of Scotland's natural meadows. The whisky exhales a rich, fragrant finish, embodied by vibrant citrus notes strongly reminiscent of the warm meadows and ripe barley fields of Scotland.
