. This "artisan of taste," vinified his first vintage in 1991, moving beyond the traditional role of wine merchant. After numerous vineyard investments in Sancerre, AOP Pouilly-Fumé
as well as in Tourraine, today the House of Pascal Jolivet consists of 65 hectares, with 42 in Sancerre and 8 in Pouilly-Fumé.
