The new, limited edition "Trilogie d'Exception" case celebrates the friendship between three essential names in Bordeaux through three essential fine wines. Chateaux Figeac, Leoville Las Cases and Palmer showcase their history and know-how through this magnificent wooden case, which brings together not only three exceptional wines, but also three legendary vintages.
An authentic expression of the excellence of these great estates and of the eternal quality of their grand terroirs, this case was produced in limited quantities, with only 1,500 copies released of the standard bottle version and 330 copies of the magnum bottle version. The case brings together the sublime Chateau Leoville Las Cases 2000, Chateau Palmer 2005, and Chateau Figeac 2010, offering a fine interpretation of the values shared by these three properties : their passion, traditions and family values.
Each « La Trilogie d’Exception » case includes:
- 1 bottle of Chateau Leoville Las Cases 2000 from Chateau Leoville Las Cases.
The good weather conditions of this vintage allowed for the harvest of perfectly balanced and very concentrated grapes. The result is a velvety and fruity wine. Its perfect structure extends into a long, mouthwatering finish.
- 1 bottle of Chateau Palmer 2005 from Chateau Palmer.
The 2005 vintage is enthralling, even bewitching. It certainly will not fail, even after many decades, to offer intense pleasure. Precise, rich and intense, this wine offers a harmonious palate.
- 1 bottle of Chateau Figeac 2010 from Chateau Figeac.
The 2010 vintage can be described as exceptional in Bordeaux overall, and at Chateau Figeac in particular. Elegant and complex, this wine is quite tannic, yet full of finesse and with a lot of personality. This is a high-class Premier Cru Classe.
Fine wine lovers and collectors are invited to (re-)discover, through these three exceptional cuvees, the quintessence and spirit of three great Bordeaux references.
