Chateau Pierbone vintage is produced in the Haut-Medoc appellation by Chateau Peyrabon. The 2009 Chateau Pierbone is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, and 13% Cabernet Franc.

This Second Wine from Bordeaux displays a lovey vermillion-tinted hue; dense and bold. The nose exudes intense candied plum. The palate boasts commanding balance, with some flesh and a great structure. Strong tannins gradually make way for lovely length, density, and more flesh.
