The 2006 Pessac-Leognan Rouge Cru Classe Chateau Latour-Martillac is characteristic of the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon good ripeness that gave balance and freshness to the wine, on the nose as well as on the palate. The finish is long, delicious and finely woody. It can be paired with a grilled rabbit with cumin and tomatoes.
