A great white wine of the Medoc

One of the oldest properties in the Medoc with origins dating back to the 12th century, Chateau La Tour Carnet reigns over a historic vineyard, whose first vines were planted in 1407.

Known for its red wines, Chateau La Tour Carnet also produces white wines that express the typicality of Medoc, on the left bank of Bordeaux. The white grape varieties are planted on a surface of 1.25 hectares with a Sauvignon Blanc (72%), supplemented by Semillon (28%).

Produced in the Bordeaux Blanc appellation, the Chateau La Tour Carnet 2018 blends Sauvignon Blanc (40%) and Semillon (60%). The fruit of a great vintage for the Bordeaux region, the Chateau La Tour Carnet 2018 seduces with its fruity expression, freshness and harmony on the palate.

Wine Advocate-Parker :
The la Tour Carnet 2018 Blanc leaps from the glass with bold lime cordial, lemongrass and green guava notes plus hints of honeysuckle and lanolin. Medium-bodied, the palate has lovely freshness and a satiny texture, finishing spicy.
