The 85% Sauvignon and 15% Sauvignon Gris that compose this blend, well-reflect the fruit vibrancy and the freshness of the late August nights. The white 2014 Couhins frankly expresses an aromatic purity mainly on citrus fruit aromas (lemon, Florida grapefruit) and ends on an unexpected note of fresh mango. This Pessac-Leognan Blanc attack is precise as shows the frank almost sharp acidity, leading to a thicker, fruity mid-palate. The whole finishes on a lemony persistence. This is a frank and well-produced dry white wine.
