Located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation on Bordeaux's Left Bank, Château Cos Labory owes its name to the word "caux" meaning "stony hill," in reference to its location on the aptly named "Cos" gravel hill.
Château Cos Labory 2022 is a Saint-Estèphe wine from a 35-hectare vineyard with an average age of 38 years. It is planted on gravelly soils that provide remarkable drainage for the vines and help regulate water requirements in the event of water stress.
Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (36%), Petit Verdot (7%) and Cabernet Franc (2%)
The nose releases fruity (crunchy black fruit), floral and incense fragrances.
The palate is elegant with a wonderful minerality.
