Located in the Saint-Estephe appellation, on the left bank of Bordeaux, Chateau Cos Labory owes its name to the word "caux," meaning “the stony hill,” in reference to its location on the aptly named gravel hill "Cos".
This 18-hectare vineyard is planted in Quaternary gravel soils with remarkable drainage, allowing the vines access to water in the event of water stress.
