Established for more than 700 years in the Bordeaux wine region, the origins of the Tastes family date back to 1342. It is now Guillaume de Tastes at the helm of the family estate. The vineyard of Chateau Beaulieu Comtes de Tastes covers 20 hectares of vines planted on a clay-limestone plateau, on the right bank of the Dordogne. Vines of Merlot (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) grow on this vineyard.
The Chateau Beaulieu Comtes de Tastes 2018 truly expresses the philosophy that drives Guillaume de Tastes: to produce wines that offer pleasant fruit, great balance and elegance. The Chateau Beaulieu Comtes de Tastes 2018 can be appreciated in his youth, but will also age beautifully in the bottle.
