Combining artisanal techniques with a meticulous selection of ingredients, Seventy One, whose name refers to its 71-night cask aging period, cultivates expertise that allows it to offer complex and refined expressions. Each production is a tribute to botanical aromas, showcasing rare plants selected for their unique characteristics.

Exceptional aromatic richness

The traditional botanicals used in the creation of this English gin, such as juniper, coriander, angelica, and lemon zest, are combined with rarer ingredients like the “Queen of the Night” (a cactus flower that blooms only once a year) and Damask rose, for a unique and harmonious blend.

Each botanical component is carefully macerated for 24 hours in neutral grain alcohol, allowing the essence of each plant to be captured. This meticulous process ensures perfect extraction of aromas and balanced complexity.
